FIRST AID FOR KIDS WORKSHOP
SWANSEA TOWN HALL: 95 LAVINIA AVE, (BLOOR WEST VILLAGE)

Grades 1-3 only.  The First Aid for Kids program is a fun workshop that includes topics such as: what’s in a first aid kit, calling EMS, identifying poisons and dangers, cuts/scrapes, nose bleeds, and burns!  *Bring your pencil

AT HOME ALL BY MYSELF & FIRST AID FOR KIDS WORKSHOP
SWANSEA TOWN HALL: 95 LAVINIA AVE, (BLOOR WEST VILLAGE)

For all grade 4-8 students, the First Aid for Kids program is a fun workshop that includes topics such as: what’s in a first aid kit, calling EMS, identifying poisons and dangers, cuts/scrapes, wounds, nose
bleeds, burns, and choking! At Home All By Myself Workshop teaches participants how the rules change when home alone, the home alone checklist, walking home from school safety and more! *Bring your pencil/paper.

CANADIAN RED CROSS BABYSITTING COURSE
SWANSEA TOWN HALL: 95 LAVINIA AVE, (BLOOR WEST VILLAGE)

If you are in grade 6, 7, 8, or up and interested in becoming a skilled babysitter this fun workshop is for
you. You will learn everything from diapering, first aid, safety tips, rights and responsibilities, SAFELY finding
babysitting jobs, and more! (incl: manual, handouts and certificate) *Bring a pen/paper

Inside an Ambulance

CPR, LEVEL C, CERTIFICATION COURSE
SWANSEA TOWN HALL: 95 LAVINIA AVE, (BLOOR WEST VILLAGE)

Courses on CPR provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies depending on the level of CPR chosen. Courses meet legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards, and include the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). This course does not include certification in first
aid. Ask for your free first aid knowledge based workshop to tag along with this CPR
certification course.

  • Cost: $75 includes, 3 yr certification and booklet
